"Religulous" and a response

Bill Maher's forthcoming film "Religulous" hits out at the every aspect of religion, the trailer suggests it begins with an act of sacrilege, I suspect for the most part it creates a "straw God", in order to destroy it . Again, I DON'T BELIEVE IN THE GOD HE DOESN'T BELIEVE IN.

Didn't your Bishop recommend his last film?

Is it alright to mock ethnic minorities but not religion?

I am afraid I didn't read that part of the Pastoral letter, but I don't think Bishop Conry would ever "mock minorities".

I had no idea about Bill Maher, despite being a self-confessed movie buff. Being busy, I guess I missed it. So thanks for the tip, Fr. I was also particularly pleased that you drew my attention to the second clip. Fr Barron spoke with such great gusto and verve, and completely drew me in: I thought his last points in particular were beautiful beyond words.

I consider Mahrer a traitorous ingrate. But I doubt if this gutless wonder would have the courage to mock this.

I will NEVER vote for a commander in chief who does not believe in God. What does it say about Billy that he thinks God doesn't care if people are under a dictator's yoke. What does it say about this boy wonder that he thinks people should be two faced? Act one way on Sunday and another on the other 6 days of the week. Traitorous hypocrite!
